Immigration Firm Is Sued

The San Francisco City Attorney and a leading local firm have filed parallel lawsuits against a former lawyer accused of preying on thousands of vulnerable immigrants.

SAN FRANCISCO - City Attorney Dennis Herrera and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe filed parallel lawsuits against a former lawyer accused of preying on thousands of vulnerable immigrants, even after he gave up his law license under a cloud of suspicion.
