Sacramento County officials have agreed to halt a disputed overhaul to its mental health care system.

Sacramento County officials have agreed to halt a disputed overhaul to its mental health care system that legal aid groups contended would disrupt care for 5,000 patients with schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, depression and other illnesses.
