Wilson Sonsini Aids $2 Billion Sale

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati lawyers represented Isilon Systems Inc. in its $2.25 billion sale to data storage giant EMC Corp.

PALO ALTO - Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati lawyers represented Isilon Systems Inc. in its $2.25 billion sale to data storage giant EMC Corp.


The acquisition, announced Monday, is expected to help EMC keep its external storage offerings competitive in a market in which technology companies are racing to control the best solutions for storing massive amounts of data.
