Procopio Partner Honored with Tax Award
On November 6, Procopio partner Patrick W. Martin received the V. Judson Kelin Award from the Taxation Section of the California State Bar at their annual Taxation Section meeting. This annual award is given to a lawyer who exhibits professionalism, passion, and peronal integrity in practicing tax law. As the leader of Procopio’s tax team, his practice focuses on international tax issues. He is also the founder of, and a frequent speaker at the University of San Diego School of Law-Procopio International Tax Institute, a yearly conference addressing U.S-Mexico cross-border tax issues. Currently, Martin is a member of the San Diego County Bar Taxation Section and International Law Section, and a member of the Alumni Board of the University of San Diego School of Law.
