Can Companies Be Compelled to Give Discovery Data to E.U. Probers?
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider whether U.S. companies can be forced to turn over discovery material to European antitrust investigators for an inquiry that was sparked by a competitor's complaint.
