Picketers Can Sue County Over Protest Limits

SAN DIEGO - A federal judge decided Monday that plaintiffs contesting county limits on protests at private residences had standing to sue because sheriff's deputies infringed on their free-speech rights by telling them to stay 300 feet from the property line of a house they were picketing.
