Pledge Case Plaintiff Petitions To Argue Before High Court
WASHINGTON - Michael Newdow, the Sacramento doctor with a law degree who is challenging inclusion of the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance, has asked the Supreme Court to let him argue his own case when the justices hear it in March.
