Justices Find Times Entitled To Legal Fees
LOS ANGELES - Reversing a lower court, a state appeallate court ruled Wednesday that the Los Angeles Times is entitled to attorney fees for filing a lawsuit in which a trial court judge decided the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors violated the Brown Act by discussing matters in secret.
