Forum Column By Don Edward Green The article written by Laura Fry titled "Tug of War; New Legislation Governing Guardianships Jeopardizes Rights of Parents" (Forum, Oct. 21) contained several misstatements. A more accurate title for an article about AB1938 would have been "Tug of War; New Legislation Governing Guardianships Recognizes Children's Constitutional Rights," although that would not have expressed the essence of Fry's article.
