Center Is Liable in Diabetic's Death
LOS ANGELES - Harbor Regional Center can be held vicariously liable for the death of a developmentally disabled diabetic adult whose blood sugar was not properly monitored by a subcontractor at a group home, an appeals court ruled Wednesday.
