Lowell T. Carruth 1938-2015

Lowell T. Carruth, a prominent trial attorney who had a knack for connecting with witnesses and jurors over a career spanning more than 200 verdicts, died Friday in his hometown of Fresno after a sustained battled with lung cancer. He was 77.
