Senator Boxer urges expedited confirmation for federal judgeship

Senator Boxer asked the Senate Committee on the Judiciary Wednesday to expedite the confirmation of Mark A. Young, a nominee for a federal judgeship in the Central District of California.

California Sen. Barbara Boxer on Wednesday urged the Senate Committee on the Judiciary to expedite the confirmation of Mark A. Young, a nominee for a federal judgeship in the Central District of California.

The position is a judicial emergency, Boxer told the committee, according to video coverage broadcast online.
