Settlement with banks is complex

Settlement amounts revealed to be paid by the largest Wall Street banks in antitrust class action.

A $1.86 billion preliminary agreement submitted for court approval revealed what Wall Street's largest banks will pay to settle allegations of price fixing in the lucrative credit default swaps market.
