Streetlights Makers Quarter moves to Civic San Diego full board

The Civic San Diego Real Estate Committee recommended design review approval to a 600,000-square-foot mixed-use development in East Village that will span most of the block bordered by 15th, 16th, F and G streets, pushing it through to a full-board vote on Oct. 28.
