Prop. 65 suit claims lead found in candy

Lawsuit accuses two retailers of not providing warnings on chocolate candy said to contain high levels of lead and flip flops allegedly made with DEHP, both chemicals requiring a warning under Proposition 65. Attorney General Kamala Harris recently announced plans to tighten rules governing Prop 65 settlements to curb abuse.
