Bankruptcy puts stay on American Apparel litigation avalanche

The company's Chapter 11 filing is a serious bump in the road for Keith Fink and client Dov Charney who have serially sued the company since Charney's ouster.

on Monday came at a bad time - after all, the lawyer readied for this week alone six
