Cushman & Wakefield sued in $40 million gender discrimination suit

The lawsuit was filed by the San Francisco-based former head of Cushman & Wakefield's Research for the Americas.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is being sued for $40 million by the San Francisco-based former head of Research for the Americas in a gender discrimination lawsuit.

The suit was filed by Sandord Heisler Kimpel in the Supreme Court of New York County.
