LETTERS TO THE EDITOR COLUMN

On what planet does Kim Stone, author of the column "In defense of requiring employees to arbitrate claims" (Sept. 30), reside? I've been married to a plaintiff's employment lawyer for almost 14 years. Never in that time has he "[taken] a third or so of any award [his] client wins, in addition to getting all [his] hourly fees and expenses paid for by the defendant."
