Two generations of Pregerson judges are taking senior status
Harry Pregerson will be 92 when he assumes senior status on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in December after a storied career as an active judge. His son, U.S. District Judge Dean Pregerson, also is taking senior status soon.
