Pacemaker Case Not a Class Action, Court Rules

SAN FRANCISCO - Yanking the heart out of a products liability suit against the maker of an allegedly faulty pacemaker, a divided panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has said the case should not be certified as a class action.
