Pillsbury aids Tesoro’s bid to become state’s largest oil refiner

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP represented San Antonio-based petroleum refiner Tesoro Corp. in a deal with BP PLC that would make Tesoro the largest refiner of automobile fuels in California, outpacing San Ramon-based rival Chevron Corp.
