Former appellate judge joins Nielsen Merksamer

Former 3rd District Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Arthur G. Scotland announced he joined the law firm Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross & Leoni LLP as of counsel Wednesday.

Former 3rd District Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Arthur G. Scotland announced he joined the law firm Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross & Leoni LLP as of counsel Wednesday.


Scotland retired from the bench in 2010 after 23 years on the Court of Appeal. He will work primarily in the firm's government law section, the firm said in a statement.
