Two prospective federal judges approved by Senate committee

Tigar, Orrick bids to become federal judges clear Senate committee

The Senate Judiciary Committee cleared two of U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer's nominations for U.S District Court judge for the Northern District of California Thursday.
