Apple seeking sanctions against Samsung, Quinn in patent case
Apple Inc. said Wednesday it will seek sanctions against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. attorney John B. Quinn, partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, for authorizing the release of a statement about excluded evidence.
