Mediation is the message

The reported $20 million expended by Frank and Jamie McCourt in attorney fees, and the apparent failure of the couple to reach an amicable agreement in the two years that they battled over their own, and of course the Dodgers, finances, is in stark contrast to the rapid settlement reached between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes within a mere two weeks of their separation.
