A key moment has arrived for the Toyota Motor Corp. sudden unintended acceleration litigation, as the schedule for its bellwether trials in California has finally taken shape.


The judges in the federal and state coordinated cases have put the timetables in place that are expected to begin the process of resolving the products liability mass tort litigation, which will be entering its fourth year.
