SF judge stops taking on externs as workload increases

Beginning in January, law-and-motion Judge Harold E. Kahn will no longer take on externs.

SAN FRANCISCO - In the competitive market facing recent law school graduates, Sterling Johnson says his externship at San Francisco County Superior Court last year is one of the few ways he stands out in job interviews.
