Optimism in real estate sector

Many attorneys have had to deal with a dropoff in work because of the real estate bust, and the market is still trying to recover, but developers and lenders are optimistic that California will soon see a spate of new projects.

Commercial real estate lawyers could soon see their dance cards filling back up.


While many attorneys have seen a dropoff in work in the wake of the real estate bust, and the market is still struggling to climb out of the abyss, developers and lenders are optimistic that California will see a spate of new projects in the next year.
