New judge assigned to Facebook privacy case

U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg of San Francisco was assigned Thursday to a class action against Facebook Inc. in which a tentative settlement is pending.

One day after U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh recused herself, U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg of San Francisco was assigned Thursday to a class action against Facebook Inc. in which a tentative settlement is pending.
