Plaintiffs net additional $571 million in settlements in price-fixing case
A class of indirect purchasers of LCD panels has reached settlement agreements totaling $571 with three defendants.

A group of defendants in a long-running case alleging the price fixing of LCD panels will file for a settlement today totaling more than $570 million, a lead plaintiffs' attorney in the case told the Daily Journal.
