In a memo to State Bar leaders, top attorney-discipline prosecutor Jayne Kim said her office is taking a second look at even more discipline plea bargains than previously announced.
The bar disclosed last week that it was asking the state Supreme Court to send back 24 cases in which prosecutors and lawyers in trouble had agreed on the discipline that should be imposed.
