Womble Carlyle recruits IP litigator in Silicon Valley

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP announced Monday the hiring of intellectual property litigator Behrooz Shariati for the firm's Cupertino office.

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP announced Monday the hiring of intellectual property litigator Behrooz Shariati for its Cupertino office.

Shariati is the first lateral hire and the fourth lawyer in Womble Carlyle's Silicon Valley location. The firm, which is headquartered in North Carolina, established its Cupertino office in October with founding partner Michael L. Gencarella.
