Under investigation, Marvell hires former Juniper GC

Amid an audit investigation by two federal agencies, Marvell Technology Group Ltd. appointed veteran tech legal head Mitchell L. Gaynor as chief legal officer Thursday.

Starting Monday, Gaynor, who was the executive vice president and general counsel of Juniper Networks Inc. for almost 12 years, will manage Marvell's legal affairs.
