Higgs attorney appointed to defense counsel post

Higgs Fletcher & Mack's Peter Doody has been appointed Secretary-Treasurer to the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC).

Higgs Fletcher & Mack's Peter Doody has been appointed Secretary-Treasurer to the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC).

Doody will help lead the 900-member association and assist in organizing and promoting educational seminars.

At Higgs, Doody serves as San Diego regional trial counsel for consumer product manufacturers, interstate motor carriers and national retail stores. He specializes in the defense of serious personal injury cases.
