Delawie designs Spoleto's 1st Brazilian-style Italian restaurant in California

Designed with an open dining room and an exhibition counter, the interior space will allow guests to watch chefs prepare their meals.

San Diego architectural firm Delawie recently unveiled its design for "My Italian Kitchen," the first California location from the Brazil-based restaurant company, Spoleto.

In Irvine, the restaurant will serve a variety of pasta dishes using the fast casual concept that originated in Brazil before taking root in Florida and expanding west. The 3,200-square-foot restaurant is slated for completion in October.
