9th Circuit removes federal judge from case — again

Court kicked Los Angeles District Judge Manuel L. Real from a class action attorneys' fees case on Wednesday — the second time Real has been kicked off an assignment in two weeks and at least the 11th time over the judge's 50-year tenure on the district court.
