MGM nabs chief legal officer from HBO

Film producer and distributor Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. named Lesley G. Freeman chief legal officer this week.

Film producer and distributor Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. named Lesley G. Freeman chief legal officer this week.

Freeman, who was the senior vice president of legal affairs at Home Box Office Inc. in New York, will replace MGM's 14-year legal head, Scott S. Packman.
