NFL player seeks to reinstate claims against Bank of America, Merrill Lynch

National Football League player Dwight Freeney is seeking leave to reinstate conversion and theft claims in his suit against Bank of America Corp. and its brokerage subsidiary Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., which he claims mismanaged $40 million of his assets.
