Trump plans to testify in Trump University case

Lawyer for the presumptive GOP nominee says client also plans to attend most of the trial.

SAN DIEGO - Donald Trump will testify and plans to attend most, if not all, of the California trial involving defunct Trump University that is scheduled to start just a few weeks after the November election, a lawyer for the presumptive GOP nominee for president said Friday.
