Judge: Porter Ranch leak victims can accept or reject relocation offer

Amid resident anxiety over relocation following the Porter Ranch gas leak, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has denied the plaintiffs' motion to stop Southern California Gas Company from offering relocation program choices.
