Zeppelin plaintiffs offer $1 settlement for writing credit

The writing credit would entitle the trust of Randy Craig Wolfe to future earnings on the song.

Attorneys for the trust of Randy Craig Wolfe, frontman for 1970s rock band Spirit, said the copyright infringement lawsuit against Led Zeppelin could go away for the low price of $1, should Led Zeppelin agree to grant a writing credit to their client.

That credit would entitle the trust of Wolfe to future earnings on the classic song "Stairway to Heaven."
