Miami Doctor Accuses LAPD of Racial Profiling

LOS ANGELES - The attorney for a Miami surgeon who says he recently suffered debilitating nerve damage to his hands after Los Angeles police officers wrongly arrested and handcuffed him filed a government claim against the Los Angeles Police Department and the city on Tuesday.
