Ruling Rules
In a summary judgment proceeding, objections to evidence not made at or before the hearing on the motion are waived. Code Civ. Proc., Section 437c(b); Stats. 1990, ch. 1561, Section 1. Objections may be made orally at the hearing or in a writing filed prior to the hearing. Cal. Rules of Court, rules 343, 345.
