The Royal Runaround

Peter W. Craigie of Craigie, McCarthy & Clow in San Francisco, won a $5 million jury verdict in a breach of contract suit, Ark Services v. Foster Hotels International , SCV23867 (San Bernardino Super. Ct., Dec. 21, 1999). Judgment was reduced to $1.5 million on Feb. 2, 2000.
