Logitech International will acquire Labtec Inc. in a stock and cash deal valued at approximately $125 million. Logitech International, based in Romanel-sur-Morges, Switzerland, with significant operations in Fremont, makes peripherals for personal computers. Products include mice, joysticks, cordless keyboards, trackballs and cameras.
