Paralyzed Woman Testifies in Case Against Tire Company

LOS ANGELES - A woman who suffered debilitating injuries in 1996 when the tread on one of her car tires separated, causing her to lose control of the automobile, testified Tuesday that she cannot bathe herself and, with assistance, needs about three hours to get ready in the morning.
