Lockyer Preparing Proposition 65 Overhaul

SAN FRANCISCO - State Attorney General Bill Lockyer is developing a legislative proposal to overhaul the state's groundbreaking anti-pollution initiative, Proposition 65, in order to address some of the most common criticisms of the unique law, one of Lockyer's top deputies said this week.
