Judge Says L.A. Denied Contractor's Rights
LOS ANGELES - Calling the city's claims "largely inflammatory," a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that the Port of Los Angeles abused the judicial process to deny a contractor its rights, and the judge ordered the city to pay the company's attorney fees and costs.
