Wilson Sonsini: Milpitas' Selectron Buys Centennial For $108 Million

Solectron Corp. will acquire Centennial Technologies Inc. in a stock deal valued at $108 million. Milpitas' Solectron provides contract manufacturing services for electronics companies. Its products are used in computers, consumer electronics, communications and semiconductor equipment. The company also provides supply-chain management services. Ericsson Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and IBM are all Solectron customers.
