Making Book

The story of Walnut Creek's Miller Starr & Regalia is contained in a book. A series of books, actually. The story begins in 1965, when two of the firm's founders, Harry Miller and Marvin Starr, wrote the first three-volume edition of "Miller & Starr, California Real Estate," while the third founder, Ed Regalia, toiled mightily to keep the firm afloat and the firm's few clients happy.
